Youth leaders in Kangang resolved to be responsible for communal and religious violence and organized a unity football match to foster unity and build a bridge of peace. They are grateful to SELL for equipping them with the knowledge to identify early warning signs.

The Muslim Council’s SELL training encouraged awareness campaigns for peace in schools, leading to the establishment of Guidance and counseling clubs in some schools.

SELL has enabled the speaker to speak on issues related to children and gender, and to carry out awareness campaigns to ensure faith-based schooling is properly checked and regulated. They have also mobilized and bought sanitary pads to distribute free of charge to female students.
