SELL Foundation commenced the year 2020 with a three (3) day retreat for her staff from the 13th to the 16th January, 2020 in Jos, Plateau State Nigeria. The programme was facilitated by Daniel Mailambu, (Mennonite Central Committee)
The aim of the retreat was to help the team reflect/review her projects/activities of the previous years as well as their personal lives. The retreat was also part of an ongoing effort to define and prepare the team for the year 2020.
The retreat was indeed enlightening, engaging, motivating and fun filled as everyone interacted and contributed effectively to every segment scheduled at the retreat and it also gave the team opportunity to reflect on their personal/organizational goal.
At the end of the retreat, the facilitator encouraged all staff to put all that they learnt and discussed into effective use towards SELL and self development.
The retreat was directed by Mr. Daniel Mailambu.
