SELL FOUNDATION TRAINS (36) YOUNG ADULTS IN JOS, PLATEAU STATE

The Sharing Education and Learning for Life (SELL) Foundation, Nigeria has commenced training of facilitators on three different thematic areas.  The training began with Jos community as the first point of call and it took place from the 5th to the 10th November, 2019 at Sacred Heart Pastoral Centre Jos, Plateau State.

The training was on Child Safeguarding and Protection, Gender Reconciliation and Establishing Community Dialogue groups. These programmes aimed at promoting awareness on Child Safeguarding and Protection and the implementation of the Child Right Act in Plateau State, Gender Reconciliation and Peaceful living through awareness raising on rights and entitlements, as well as policy advocacy and promoting Peace and Reconciliation in Communities that have been affected by Violent Conflict.
